<p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 111, 173);">■目的</strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 12px;">ワーケーション勤務を導入し、従業員に実施させた都内中堅・中小企業等を奨励することにより、テレワークの定着促進を目的とする。</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 111, 173); font-size: 14px;">■</strong><strong style="color: rgb(0, 111, 173); font-size: 12px;">事業概要</strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 12px;">都内中堅・中小企業等がワーケーション勤務を可能とする規定を新たに整備し、従業員がワーケーション</span><span style="font-size: 12px; color: rgb(68, 68, 68);">勤務を実施した</span><span style="font-size: 12px;">場合に奨励金を支給する。</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 111, 173);">■支給対象事業者の主な要件</strong></p><p>・<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px;">常時雇用する労働者の数が999人以下の企業であること。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12px;">・</span><span style="font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">都内に勤務する労働者を２人以上雇用していること。</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px;">・都内に勤務する常時雇用する労働者のうち１人は、申請日時点で６ヶ月以上継続して雇用していること。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">・就業規則を作成して労働基準監督署に届出を行っていること</span><span style="font-size: 12px;">（</span><span style="font-size: 12px; color: rgb(18, 18, 18);">常時雇用する労働者が10人未満の企業等を除く</span><span style="font-size: 12px;">）。</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px;">・支給申請日時点でワーケーション勤務に関する規定がないこと。</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px;">・ワーケーション勤務を可能とする規定を新たに整備すること。　</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 8pt;">※実績報告書の提出までに労働基準監督署に就業規則を届け出る必要があります。（常時雇用する労働者が10人未満の事業所も含む）</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12px;">・</span><span style="font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">実績報告提出時までに東京都が実施する「</span><a href="https://www.telework-rule.metro.tokyo.lg.jp/" target="_blank" style="font-size: 12px; color: rgb(11, 92, 171);">テレワーク東京ルール実践企業宣言（外部サイト）</a><span style="font-size: 12px; color: rgb(92, 131, 136);">支給申請</strong><span style="font-size: 12px;">』※2をクリックし、申請フォームのページに移動。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12px;">③申請フォームのページで、電子ファイルの差替の編集を再開し、改めて提出（「</span><strong style="font-size: 12px;
