color: rgb(0, 111, 173);">■目的</strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: black;">東京には、地域色あふれた魅力的で多様な「地域資源」が存在しています。一方で、コロナ禍で顕在化したあらたな問題をはじめ、解決すべき様々な「都市課題」を抱えています。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: black;">「ＴＯＫＹＯ地域資源等を活用したイノベーション創出事業」では、地域で親しまれている地域資源を活用、もしくは東京の課題解決という身近で取り組みやすいテーマの新製品開発を後押しすることで、地域発の小さなイノベーションを創出し、地域経済の活性化を図っていきます。</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 111, 173);">■申請区分</strong></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">申請区分は下記の（1）又は（2）になります。どちらか一方を選択のうえ、申請して下さい。</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">（1）地域資源活用事業</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">（2）東京の都市課題解決事業</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 111, 173);">■助成支援内容</strong></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">都内の中小企業者等が行う「地域資源」を活用した新製品・新サービスの開発及び改良又は東京の都市課題解決に資する新製品・新サービスの開発及び改良に要する経費の一部を助成するとともに、地域応援アドバイザーによるハンズオン支援を行います。</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">（1）経費助成</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">ア 助成対象期間</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">令和７年１１月１日から令和９年１０月３１日まで（最長２年）</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">イ 助成限度額</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">１，５００万円（申請下限額１００万円）</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">ウ 助成率</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">助成対象と認められる経費の２分の１以内（都市課題の環境・エネルギー分野は３分の２以内）</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">エ 助成対象経費</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">新製品・新サービスの開発及び改良に要する経費（開発費及び試作品広報費）の一部</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">（2）ハンズオン支援</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">地域応援アドバイザーやその他の専門家が、申請書を記入した事業者を対象にした申請前相談会（必須）や、開発段階の進捗管理、完成後の販路開拓を見据えた出口支援※等、事業の効果を最大限にするために必要な支援を事業者ニーズに応じて行う伴走型支援を実施します。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;
