font-size: 16px;"> また、上記使用可以外のブラウザは申請上のエラー等が生じますので利用しないでください。</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 111, 173);">■目的・概要</strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">本事業は、地域経済を支える小規模事業者（以下「参画事業者」という。）が、</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">今後複数年にわたり相次いで直面する働き方改革、被用者保険の適用拡大、賃上げ、</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">インボイスの導入等の制度変更等に対応するため、互いに足らざる経営資源を補いながら</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">共同・協業して商品やサービスを展開していく取組を地域振興等機関</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">（以下「申請者」という。申請者は採択後に「採択者」、交付決定後に「補助事業者」</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">となる。）による支援を受けながら実施することで、地域の雇用や産業を支える</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">参画事業者の中長期的な商品展開力・販売力の向上を図ることを目的とする。</span></p><p><u style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">本事業は、地域振興等機関が実施する参画事業者への持続的な支援に要する経費の一部を</u></p><p><u style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">補助するものであり、地域振興等機関自身の販路開拓や利益の追求に対し</u></p><p><u style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">補助するものではないことに留意する。</u></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 111, 173);">■対象者</strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">地域振興等機関が主体的・中心的な役割を担い、</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">参画事業者の商品・サービスの改良やブランディング支援に加えて、</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">販路開拓の機会の提供を行うことによって、参画事業者の販路開拓に</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">ワンストップで取り組む事業であり、補助事業終了後も支援を継続する</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">次の（１）から（３）のすべてに該当する取組が対象となる。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">（１）事業効果の広がりが期待できる取組であること</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">（２）継続可能な取組であること</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">（３）ワンストップの取組であること</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">※参画事業者が終始直接関与することなく、補助事業者や連携する委託先企業が</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 参画事業者の商品・サービスを代わりに営業する等の取組は、事業の目的に反するため</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 補助対象外。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">※参画事業者には事前に補助事業について説明等を行い、参画事業者から補助事業について</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 理解を得た上で、申請を行うこと。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> なお、参画事業者に対する単なる補助事業の説明等に係る経費は補助対象外。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">※申請者自身の販路開拓の取組は、事業の目的に反するため補助対象外。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">※参画事業者に直接裨益しない取組は、事業目的に反するため補助対象外。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">※参画事業者にならない者への支援に関する支出は、事業目的に反するため補助対象外。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">※補助金活用の有無に限らず過去実施した事業と同様の取組は、補助対象外。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">※本事業は、小規模事業者を出展対象とした展示会・商談会、販売会を開催する</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 者に対する補助事業、マーケティング拠点を運営するものに対する補助事業であり、</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 参画事業者に対して直接補助金を支出することはできない。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">※本事業の目的は参画事業者の商品展開力・販売力の向上を図ることであることから、</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;
