<p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; color: rgb(62, 62, 60);"> 一般財団法人環境優良車普及機構（以下「機構」という。）では、環境省から二酸化炭素排出抑制対策事業費等補助金（低炭素型ディーゼルトラック普及加速化事業）の交付決定を受け、機構が管理・運用する補助金を活用して、トラック輸送における二酸化炭素の排出削減を図り、もって地球環境保全に資することを目的として、低炭素型ディーゼルトラックを導入する事業者に対して補助金を交付する事業を実施することとしています。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; color: rgb(62, 62, 60);"> 本補助金の概要、対象事業、応募方法及びその他の留意事項は、</span><a href="http://levo.or.jp/fukyu/hojokin/r5/pdf/15kouboyouryou.pdf" target="_blank">公募要領</a>に記載するとおりですので、応募される方は、公募要領を熟読のうえ、二酸化炭素排出抑制対策事業費等補助金（低炭素型ディーゼルトラック普及加速化事業）<a href="http://levo.or.jp/fukyu/hojokin/r5/pdf/16koufukitei.pdf" target="_blank">交付規程</a>（令和 5 年 5 月 24日環執行5-008号）に従って手続きを行っていただくようお願いいたします。</p><p><br></p><p><strong style="font-size: 10.5pt; color: rgb(0, 111, 173);">■目的と性格</strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; color: rgb(62, 62, 60);">・この補助金は、中小トラック事業者が低炭素型ディーゼルトラックを導入する事業を支援することにより、トラック輸送においてエコドライブを含む燃費改善のための取組を継続的に実施・改善する体制を構築することで二酸化炭素排出削減を図り、もって地球環境保全に資することを目的としています。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; color: rgb(62, 62, 60);"> </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; color: rgb(62, 62, 60);">・事業の実施によるエネルギー起源二酸化炭素の排出量が確実に削減されることが重要です。このため、事業完了後は事業報告書（燃費改善効果及び二酸化炭素削減効果の実績把握）の提出をしていただくことになります。また適正な財産管理、補助事業である旨の表示(車両へのステッカーの貼付)などが必要です。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; color: rgb(62, 62, 60);"> </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; color: rgb(62, 62, 60);">・これらの義務が十分果たされないときは、機構より改善のための指導を行うとともに、事態の重大なものについては交付決定を解除することもあります。また、新たな申請を受理しない場合もあります。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; color: rgb(62, 62, 60);"> </span></p><p><strong style="font-size: 10.5pt; color: rgb(0, 111, 173);">■応募資格</strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; color: rgb(62, 62, 60);"> 低炭素型ディーゼルトラックの補助金を受けることができるのは、以下①又は②のいずれかに該当する者が補助対象事業者になります。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; color: rgb(62, 62, 60);"> </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; color: rgb(62, 62, 60);"> ① 以下のア～ウに該当する者であって、中小企業基本法（昭和３８年法律第１５４号）第２条第１項第１号に掲げる中小企業者(資本金３億円以下又は従業員数３００人以下)であること</span></p><p class="ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt;
