color: rgb(0, 111, 173);">■目的</strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: black;">東京には、地域色あふれた魅力的な「地域資源」が様々存在しています。本助成事業は、「地域資源」を活かして新製品・新サービスの開発及び改良に取組む都内中小企業者等を支援することにより、地域経済の活性化を図ることを目的としています。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: black;">また、新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大に伴い顕在化した新たな問題をはじめ、「未来の東京」戦略ビジョンに示されるような都市課題を解決するため、都内中小企業者等が行う新製品・新サービスの開発及び改良を支援することにより、東京の産業の活性化を図ることを目的としています。</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 111, 173);">■申請区分</strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">申請区分は下記の（1）又は（2）になります。どちらか一方を選択のうえ、申請して下さい。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">（1）地域資源活用事業</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">（2）東京の都市課題解決事業</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 111, 173);">■助成・支援内容</strong></p><p><strong style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 111, 173);"> </strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">都内の中小企業者等が行う「地域資源」を活用した新製品・新サービスの開発及び改良又は東京の都市課題解決に資する新製品・新サービスの開発及び改良に要する経費の一部を助成するとともに、地域応援アドバイザーによるハンズオン支援を行います。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">（1）経費助成</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">ア 助成対象期間</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">令和５年２月１日から令和６年１１月３０日まで（最長１年１０か月）</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">イ 助成限度額</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">１，５００万円（申請下限額２００万円）</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">ウ 助成率</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">助成対象と認められる経費の２分の１以内</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">エ 助成対象経費</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">新製品・新サービスの開発及び改良に要する経費（開発費及び試作品広報費）の一部</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">（2）ハンズオン支援</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: black;">地域応援アドバイザーやその他の専門家が、申請書を記入した事業者を対象にした申請前相談会（必須）や、開発段階の進捗管理、完成後の販路開拓を見据えた出口支援</span><sup style="font-size: 16px; color: black;">※</sup><span style="font-size: 16px; color: black;">等、事業の効果を最大限にするために必要な支援を事業者ニーズに応じて行う伴走型支援を実施します。</span></p><p><span style="color: black;
